Return & Refund Policy

At True Bloom Co., each item is thoughtfully made and carefully packed. Because many of our products are designed for scent, freshness, and personal use, we approach returns with care and transparency.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request support, email us at hello@truebloomco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once a return or issue is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for return support, we’ll help you place a replacement order or issue store credit.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, seasonal offerings, and limited editions are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
